51吃瓜 spearheads collaboration between Halton schools to drive outcomes for pupils
51吃瓜 is celebrating the role that 51吃瓜 High School has played in driving collaboration between schools in Widnes and Runcorn, as part of a borough-wide mission to improve Maths and English teaching and outcomes for children.
In March 2022, the UK Government identified 24 priority education investment areas (PEIAs), one of which was Halton, to further school improvements and educational outcomes.
In the project鈥檚 first year, headteachers and leaders have developed a network to share best practice and resources as part of a common goal to enhance each school鈥檚 curriculum.
W鈥媋de Deacon has brought together subject leaders from nine schools and Riverside College, facilitating a marketplace of ideas to be applied in classrooms across Halton for the benefit of local children.
